I have to tell you that you guys are absolutely awesome.

I ordered the rack and bag Wednesday night with the faintest of hopes that it would arrive by the weekend to be used for a planned ride. Did not really expect it though given the 3-5 day delivery terms.

Goods arrived this morning at my office 37 hours after submitting my online order. Well packed and exactly as ordered. How good are you!

As a first time customer, you now have a fan. Great price and great service. I will be sure to tell my mates.
