Eway is an Australian payment gateway. Your payment is processed directly with the bank to process your credit card payments quickly and securely. We DO NOT see or store any of your credit card or payment information. Customer details are processed directly with the bank.

We accept Visa or Mastercard payments.

What is SSL?

Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is a protocol for enabling data encryption on the intranet and for helping web site users confirm the owner of the web site. What is encryption and why are there different levels?

Encryption is a mathematical process of coding and decoding information. The number of bits (40-bit, 56-bit, 128-bit, 256-bit) tells you the size of the key. Like a longer password, a larger key has more possible combinations. When an encrypted session is established, the encryption level is determined by the capability of the web browser, SSL certificate, web server, and client computer operating system.

How do I know the web page is secure?

The beginning of the URL or web address changes from http:// to https:// accompanied by a Green padlock or the padlock icon will change from open to closed.

To pay with PayPal simply select the PayPal payment method when prompted on your checkout page. You do not require a PayPal account to pay with PayPal.

When you have selected PayPal payment you will be redirected from our website to PayPal's secure payment page. At no time do we store or have access to your payment details. All your payment information is processed through PayPal's secure payment gateway. Once your payment has been processed you will be redirected back to our website where you can view your completed order. You will also receive a comfirmation email advising you that your order and payment has been successful.

Phone ordering

If you would prefer to have your order payment processed over the phone please select 'Phone order' under payment options in checkout then click submit order. You will then be required to call 1300 725 630 so we can process your payment. We accept Visa or Mastercard.

Bank deposit or Money order

Alternatively you can pay by direct bank deposit or money order. If you would prefer to pay using either of these methods please select 'Phone order' under payment options in checkout then click submit order. You will then need to call 1300 725 630 or email contact@sprockt.com.au to notify us of your intended payment method. We will then send you the necessary details for your selected payment method.
