If you receive any product that you are unhappy with for any reason, you can simply return it to us within 365 days. Items must be in the condition that you received it and must not be used.
Please notify us of your intentions before returning the product by either emailing us email@example.com or by calling 1300 725 630. Depending on the size of your product/s we will arrange for either a pre-paid self address package to be sent to you or for large items we can arrange courier pickup of you product/s. Please pack all items with your invoice in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging. Please ensure that all boxed items are enclosed in a satchel for protection or their return may be refused. Should you request a replacement product we will cover the cost of delivery.

Once we have received your product/s we will then offer you either an exchange or refund plus your return postage cost.
Upon return of faulty goods, our returns department will assess and forward on to the manufacturer. If the item is being repaired, we will inform by phone or email. The repaired item will then be posted back to you free of charge. If the item is being refunded, we will process this as usual, ensuring to have your refund as quickly as possible after assessment.
* Exchange or refund are not available on SALE or CLEARANCE items. All SALE item purchases are final and not exchangeable.
* All returned or exchanged products MUST be in their original condition, unless faulty.
